Hey folks, sorry about the brief/delayed blog post but our ride yesterday was by far the hardest of the trip. Riding in from Albuquerque, NM to Las Vegas NM (not the one in Nevada, apparently there is one in NM as well) we climbed over 8,000 feet and traveled 140 miles of road over the course of 11 1/2 hours to get there. Needless to say by the time we pulled into the hotel I was feeling more dead than alive, although Ralph beat me in by a good 15 minutes. Glad to see he is back in the saddle and going strong. Stay tuned in tonight as we tackle an easier 114 mile ride to our next destination. That's all I have for now, gotta get dressed up for the chilly start, it's not even above 50 this morning but it's due to warm up as the ride goes on.
